Description

• Gain in-depth knowledge of banking teller operations and core banking solutions, including their functionality, integration capabilities, and technical requirements. • Collaborate with the technical team to identify customer requirements, tailor product demonstrations, and presentations to highlight the value proposition of the solutions for banking institutions. • Engage with potential customers to understand their pain points, challenges, and objectives, and provide expert guidance on how the proposed solutions can address their specific needs effectively. • Develop and deliver compelling demonstrations of the banking teller and core banking solutions, highlighting their features, benefits, and how they align with the customer's requirements. • Collaborate with product managers and development teams to identify customization requirements and ensure that proposed solutions align with customer expectations.

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field desirable. A master's degree is a plus. • Solid understanding of banking operations, specifically teller processes and core banking systems. • Proven experience in Sales, solution consulting, or a similar customer-facing role in the banking or financial services industry. • Familiarity with core banking solutions, teller systems, and related technologies such as APIs, data integration, and security. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
