Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team • Drive end-to-end analytical strategy and delivery • Own standardized regional and global reporting frameworks • Partner with global and regional stakeholders to enable analytics solutions • Manage the regional Power BI environment • Oversee integration of enterprise source systems into reporting architecture • Collaborate cross-functionally to consolidate data and deliver insights • Ensure consistency of reporting by aligning regions to global frameworks

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data Analytics, BI, Computer Science, or related field • 7+ years in analytics or data strategy • 3+ years lead or people leadership experience preferred • Advanced Power BI expertise • Strong SQL (Oracle preferred) and Python skills • Proven leader of high-impact analytics teams • Basic understanding of IT architecture, ETL processes and data flows • Strong stakeholder management skills • Experience in a multi-cultural global organization preferred • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
