Description

• Explore customer needs, usage data, technology shifts, competitive products, and market signals to identify problems worth solving • Turn broad or poorly understood opportunities into clear problems, hypotheses, assumptions, and experiments • Lead 0→1 product development from insight or hypothesis to a usable customer product • Validate problems and solutions quickly, investing further or killing ideas based on evidence • Make prioritization decisions about what to pursue, defer, or not build • Run customer discovery, observe workflows, and understand motivations and constraints • Partner with engineering and design to shape solutions and evaluate technical trade-offs • Define customer and business outcomes and establish success metrics • Drive adoption after launch and assess customer usage and value • Write concise product narratives, one-pagers, PRDs, and decision documents • Help shape Kimchi’s product, customer understanding, market approach, and organization

🎯 Exigences

• Significant experience owning software products end-to-end, with judgment and independence expected from a Senior Product Manager • Strong 0→1 experience taking products or significant product areas from unclear opportunity through discovery, validation, launch, and iteration • Track record of navigating ambiguity • Excellent problem selection and product judgment • Experience in greenfield, rapidly changing, or emerging domains • Strong customer discovery skills • Strong analytical thinking using qualitative evidence, product data, market signals, and technical constraints • Strong written and verbal communication • Experience working closely with highly technical engineering teams • Technical curiosity sufficient to understand the systems being built • Bias toward experimentation and learning • Comfort making decisions with imperfect information and changing direction based on new evidence • Hands-on use of modern AI tools, including exploration of LLMs and agents • Experience with developer tools or products for software engineers, AI/ML products, LLM infrastructure, AI agents, AI-powered developer tools, infrastructure, platforms, APIs, technically complex B2B products, product-market-fit discovery, early-stage startups or new product initiatives, or enterprise products with direct customer access during discovery and development is a plus
