Description

• Own the Cisco brand with customers and partners as a technical sales professional • Provide technical solutions addressing customer and partner business needs • Collaborate with aligned Inside Account Executives on customer plans and customer success • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to account teams and customers/partners • Demonstrate understanding of Cisco’s portfolio and increase penetration through cross-selling, up-selling, and competitive displacement • Lead the technical relationship with customers and partners • Lead engagements with IT decision-makers and lines of business • Translate customer needs into technical requirements • Spend most selling time landing opportunities and expanding within accounts • Participate in territory strategic planning • Provide feedback on customer needs, market opportunities, and competitive tactics • Move deals through the technical sales process • Design and communicate solutions based on technical and business requirements • Manage a virtual support team of sales resources • Leverage tools and resources to support deals • Achieve technical closure • Increase revenue, displace competitors, increase market share, and add net-new customers quarterly

🎯 Exigences

• Experience selling or supporting security, networking, compute, and/or collaboration solutions • CCNA-level understanding or background in campus network design, including switching, wireless, and routing • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales engineering or technical pre-sales role (preferred) • Cisco CCNP Enterprise (CCNP EN) or CCIE certification (preferred) • Proven track record of success in technical sales or solutions engineering roles (preferred) • Ability to develop new opportunities and grow business • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to engage effectively with customers and partners
