Description

🎯 Exigences

• 7–15 years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack capability across frontend and backend • Proven track record building and scaling web platforms through periods of high growth • Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating independently in a fast-paced, founding-team-driven environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience working in remote, distributed teams • Authorized to work in the United States • Visa sponsorship is not available • Domain experience in construction finance, lending, or regulated financial services is nice to have
