Elle assiste les patients tout au long du parcours de traitement — évaluation médicale, prescription, autorisation ANVISA, importation et livraison de produits médicinaux à base de cannabis légalement importés — et offre également du contenu éducatif, un magasin en ligne de marque et des services de support aux patients.

Description

• Conduct interviews with all departments to identify bottlenecks and process gaps • Map and document critical operational workflows • Quantify the financial impact of each identified gap • Propose and implement solutions together with the CFO and area leaders • Create SOPs to ensure processes are sustainable • Monitor control indicators and report status to the CFO

🎯 Exigences

• Deep knowledge of accounting • 2–5 years in audit, controllership, process consulting, or operations • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify losses in operational flows • Excellent communication — stakeholders must feel comfortable disclosing real issues to you • Organized and able to run multiple diagnostics in parallel • Comfortable with ambiguity and working at a fast pace • Background in audit (Big Four or equivalent) • Experience in startups or scale-ups • Knowledge of process mapping (BPMN or flowcharts) • Familiarity with data tools (Excel, basic SQL)
