Description

• Build and ship experiments across the self-serve funnel, including signup, onboarding, activation, and monetization flows • Design and polish human UI such as flows, forms, empty states, navigation, and microcopy surfaces for clarity and conversion • Design and ship agentic experiences including AI-assisted onboarding, in-product agents, and guided workflows • Run experiments through hypothesis formation, instrumentation, shipping, and learning using tools such as GrowthBook • Partner with product, design, and data science to move quickly from idea to shipped experiment • Work within the Cloud Console codebase alongside unified console engineers • Partner with app teams including Observability, Agents, and Postgres on end-to-end user flows • Track acquisition, activation, and monetization metrics and demonstrate product impact • Help define growth engineering at ClickHouse across human and agentic experiences

🎯 Exigences

• Experienced in full-stack product engineering with TypeScript, Node.js, and React • Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React, with product UI experience • Experience building products with LLMs or agent patterns, including tool calling, streaming, evals, and system/prompt design, or a track record of shipping measured and iterated AI features • Comfortable shipping smaller, testable versions of ideas and iterating based on learnings • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON • Experience with experimentation or A/B testing tools such as GrowthBook, Optimizely, or LaunchDarkly, or strong interest in building this capability • Proficient with Git and collaborative code review • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with PM, design, data science, marketing, and engineering teams • Preferred: shipped polished UI experiments and agentic/AI-assisted product experiences with instrumentation and iteration • Preferred: experience on a growth or product-led-growth team, ideally with a self-serve funnel • Preferred: experience with ClickHouse or other data-intensive/analytics products • Preferred: familiarity with Auth0 or similar authentication integrations • Preferred: experience working closely with a platform or infrastructure engineering team • Preferred: opinions on effective human and agent UX and heavy use of AI in personal workflow
