Climate Finance Solutions est un cabinet de conseil orienté mission, qui aide les organisations à obtenir et gérer des subventions publiques importantes pour développer et accélérer des solutions climatiques à fort impact. Description

• Build and ship product features across the frontend and backend • Improve the internal workflow tool and the client-facing portal • Contribute to AI-assisted features for solicitation analysis, document workflows, and drafting support • Fix bugs and improve reliability as usage grows • Work closely with the founder and other collaborators to turn ideas into shipped functionality • Support related automation work across the company’s operational and business development functions

🎯 Exigences

• Strong proficiency with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, and similar) as a daily part of your workflow, with the judgment to review and refine what they produce rather than ship it as-is • Solid experience building and shipping production web applications • Strong TypeScript and React skills, with comfort working across the stack • Good product instincts and the ability to take a feature from rough idea to working implementation without heavy oversight • Care for code quality alongside speed of delivery • Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated, while thriving in a startup company culture and fast-paced work environment
