Description

• Identify potential clients in the target market and research on the prospective client's business needs • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships • Partner with pre-sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders • Develop relationships and work closely with Salesforce’s sales team members and sales leadership to generate more business • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed • Become a subject matter expert on our services, delivery and processes, and remain up to date on industry trends and projections.

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in solution-based selling to State, Local, and Federal government agencies, mandatory in Salesforce • Experience in selling to public sector and government departments, including analyzing tender notices and RFPs • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Good understanding of the public sector and government business, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job • Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose the best solutions for clients, keeping in mind CSA's offerings.
