Description

• After a focused onboarding phase, you will immediately take responsibility in business-critical projects. • You work with clients on an equal footing and turn your visions into scalable architectures. • We provide the space for autonomous action without paralysing regulations. • For us, the technical outcome and the economic sustainability of the solution are what matter. • You will work in an environment of senior engineers and like-minded professionals. • Our focus is on passionate technical exchange, Open-Source-first and continuous development at the highest level. • We offer a permanent, secure position with an established remote culture. • Moderate willingness to travel (approx. once per quarter) is required.

🎯 Exigences

• You have at least 5 years of demonstrable experience in professional development with Rust. • You master concurrency patterns and the Go ecosystem at an expert level. • You are accustomed to advising clients at a professional level. • You can structure complex issues and confidently present them to groups — you are technically proficient and rhetorically assured. • You are willing to share Go code or project references with us (preferably attached to your CV or provided via a repository link). • You can express yourself confidently in both German and English in technical discussions and represent yourself clearly in both languages — both within the team and when dealing with clients.
