• We're looking for a Senior Behavioural Science Consultant to join our DACH team and help translate cutting-edge science into meaningful, lasting change for our enterprise clients. • Your primary goal is to empower CoachHub's top customers to drive meaningful change through digital coaching. • You will operate at the intersection of strategy, consulting, and commercial impact, partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product. • Lead strategic account consultations in pre- and post-sales contexts, partnering with the VP DACH Sales, Account Executives, and Customer Success Managers. • Advise on coaching strategy, program design, evaluation approaches, multi-stakeholder contracting, change management, and communication strategy for complex, globally scaled programs. • Design and conduct science-driven pre-, mid-, and post-program evaluations at both quantitative and qualitative levels to assess behavioral change and program impact - a core deliverable of this role. • Develop tailored business cases and ROI narratives showcasing the value of behavioral change interventions.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR, L&D, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Workforce Transformation, or a related field • Experience presenting to senior stakeholders, including C-level • Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or equivalent • Strong ability to build trusted partnerships with internal and external stakeholders at executive level • Demonstrable experience with data analytics, statistics, and/or evaluation methodology - including ROI studies, impact assessments, or people analytics in an organizational context • Business fluent in German and professional fluency in English. • Willingness to travel up to 20%
