Description

• Design and implement Adobe Experience Cloud solutions for Marketing or Care challenges • Assess and audit client digital ecosystems and recommend optimizations • Design multi-channel/multi-tactic architecture diagrams and documentation • Create 2 to 4-year digital marketing roadmaps using audience segmentation for personalization and targeting • Assist with project estimation, scope definition, resource allocation, and timelines • Code proofs of concept, solutions, integrations, and production deliveries using TypeScript, Next.js, Python, and Java • Use AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, V0, and Vercel; build agentic tools to automate and optimize quality, processes, and workflows • Oversee delivery of multi-channel/multi-tactic digital solutions • Recommend management and governance policies • Implement testing strategies including process, unit, and stress testing • Define performance objectives and success measurement methodologies • Engage internal and external technical, C-suite, and senior leadership stakeholders • Create internal and external knowledge-sharing materials including blog posts, whitepapers, best practices, and methodologies • Build AI-enabled workflows, agents, skills, tools, and automation • Foster AI-driven innovation in product development and engineering delivery • Collaborate with Engineering, Strategy, Sales teams, clients, and global talent on solution architecture, configuration, testing, debugging, mentorship, documentation, thought leadership, and sales pursuits

🎯 Exigences

• 8 to 10 years of engineering experience • Adobe Multi-Solution architect and other related certifications • Deep technical and architectural experience with multiple Adobe products including Firefly, GenStudio, Adobe Experience Manager, Edge Delivery Services, AEP, RTCDP, Workfront, Fusion, Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign, Journey Optimizer • 4+ years’ experience hands-on implementing and/or managing daily operations with three or more Adobe Experience Cloud solutions • 4+ years’ architecting and implementing complex digital marketing solutions across Site, SEM, Media, Mobile App, and Email for large corporate environments • Strong experience in Enterprise architecture, Digital transformation programs, Marketing technology implementations • Experience with content management systems, including headless CMS systems like Contentful, Sanity, ContentStack • Strong experience in hands-on development using Typescript, NextJS, Python, Java • Strong experience working with data management systems • Experience producing project estimating, scope definition, resource allocation and project timelines in pre-sales and/or migratory environments • Hands-on experience delivering customer-facing solutions using client-side technologies, server-side programming and server-to-server APIs • Strong client-facing experience in solutioning, pitching, and problem solving; experience with clients in the US and EU is mandatory • Experience working with global teams across US, India, LATAM, and EU • Experience leading large global technology delivery programs • Hands-on experience in system design and architecture, including leading technical discussions, evaluating trade-offs, and making informed architectural decisions • Experience working in modern engineering environments with iterative delivery, continuous experimentation, rapid feedback loops, and outcome-driven execution • Experience with solutioning and pre-sales engagements • Experience with executive stakeholder management • Strong commercial acumen and experience • Experience working with global enterprise clients across US/EU/APAC • Demonstrated expertise in AI-assisted software development is mandatory • Extensive hands-on experience using AI engineering tools such as Claude, Cursor, V0 or equivalent platforms • Experience developing agents, sub-agents, workflow orchestration, and automation with agents • Proven ability to integrate Agentic Engineering into day-to-day engineering workflows and establish AI-enhanced process best practices • Experience evaluating, adopting, and driving emerging AI technologies and engineering practices • Ability to mentor engineers on AI-native development approaches • Multiple Experience Cloud Architect or Business Practitioner Adobe Certified Expert certifications are nice to have • Experience as a direct Adobe customer or consulting-firm resource deploying Adobe services is nice to have • History of delivering digital results in Technical and Sales/Marketing roles is nice to have
