Description

• Develop and manage our presence on LinkedIn, Xing and other relevant B2B channels • Further develop and independently implement the social media and content strategy • Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads through digital and traditional sales channels • Contact decision-makers and prospective clients and schedule initial meetings for the sales team • Support the planning, organization and execution of trade shows, events and networking activities • Represent the company at events and build new contacts • Analyze marketing and sales campaigns, derive optimizations and implement them independently • Work closely with sales and management and contribute your own ideas to increase market presence • Support the entire sales process from lead generation to successful handover to the sales team

🎯 Exigences

• Successfully completed commercial training, a degree in marketing, communications, business or a comparable qualification • Initial practical experience in sales, business development, marketing or lead management • Very good knowledge of LinkedIn, Xing and other B2B marketing and networking channels • Understanding of modern lead generation mechanisms and enthusiasm for social selling • Structured, organized and independent working style • Solution-oriented thinking and proactive drive to advance topics • Willingness to approach people digitally, by phone or in person • High level of initiative, hands-on mentality and sense of responsibility • Convincing and professional communication skills in German • English skills are an advantage • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus but not required
