Description

• Develop and articulate product strategy aligned with business goals • Use market insights and subject matter expertise to support current offerings and guide new product development • Deliver value to existing customers and drive revenue opportunities • Work with clients and sales prospects to advance innovation and growth in value-based care contracting and performance • Lead a team of product managers through guidance, mentorship, and support • Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, sales, marketing, customer managers, and customer support • Enable product commercialization with sales and marketing • Assess competition and lead product roadmaps and launches • Create and manage product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility • Conduct market research and analyze market trends, customer needs, emerging technologies, opportunities, and threats • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and product KPIs • Oversee the product development lifecycle and use AI tools for discovery, prototyping, and accelerated development • Ensure products are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards • Advocate for customers, gather feedback, and drive product improvements • Encourage innovation and explore technologies that improve competitive advantage • Identify and mitigate product development and launch risks • Hire, develop, coach, lead, and retain top-tier talent • Utilize AI for product development • Complete annual performance review/goal-setting responsibilities and assigned special projects or duties

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, computer science, etc.) • 10+ years of experience in product management or related roles • 5+ years of experience working in a health plan environment devising and contracting value-based care contracting models • Experience in leadership and managerial positions, preferably as a Senior Product Manager or similar • Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market • Ability to use AI tools effectively in an AI development life cycle for product concept, development, and launch • Strong understanding of product development processes, including ideation, design, development, testing, and launch • Understanding of AI applications in healthcare • Experience developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong presentation skills for internal and external audiences • Deep understanding of customer needs and ability to advocate for the customer in product decision-making • Understanding of how product decisions impact business financial performance • Experience identifying and mitigating risks associated with product development and launch • Critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical modeling, and technical skills • High-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance • Dedicated, secure work area • Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
