Description

• Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to showcase Cresta's AI platform to potential customers • Provide technical insights and solutioning to internal and external stakeholders by understanding customer technical requirements • Qualify sales opportunities and convert customer requirements into Cresta technical requirements • Discover prospects' situations and challenges with Enterprise Account Executives • Lead discovery calls with prospective customers and internal cross-functional teams • Build and deliver product demos demonstrating Cresta's value • Provide contact center and customer experience operational insights • Drive adoption during proof-of-value exercises by training managers and users • Translate prospect use cases into technical solutions and demonstrate the path to ROI • Run ROI workshops and develop financial business case proposals • Manage technical validation activities, including proof-of-concept exercises and pilots • Provide field feedback to product management • Act as liaison between sales, customers, and Cresta's technical teams

🎯 Exigences

• 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles • 1–3 years in a technical pre-sales capacity supporting large enterprise sales cycles • Deep hands-on expertise with Conversational AI and CCaaS platforms • Experience helping customers modernize contact center operations • Experience with Salesforce.com • Experience with contact center infrastructure • Experience in enterprise SaaS environments • Strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and thoughtful engagement with clients and internal teams • Meticulous presentation and product demo preparation • Natural problem-solving ability and resourcefulness in leveraging internal teams and cross-functional collaboration • Fast learning ability and passion for new technology • Ability to simplify complexity for customers • Embodiment of Cresta's core Operating Principles
