Description

• Own the end-to-end roadmap for the Midas Clinician Payments portfolio • Design and drive the reusable Variable Compensation Engine for clinician-facing incentives • Partner with Operations on incentive lever configuration and build reporting connecting spend to workforce behavior • Own the MySignify Pay clinician-facing pay visibility experience • Own the OCC Pay Module for payroll, pay support, and operations visibility • Own time tracking for W2 workforce pay accuracy, classification, hours compliance, and documentation • Navigate stakeholders across Payroll, Operations, HR, Legal, Finance, and Communications • Write precise product specifications and translate ambiguous business requirements into technical definitions • Define how incentive effectiveness is measured and connect spend to deployment behavior and return on investment • Manage 1099 and W2 distinctions with equity, fairness, and legal compliance in the product architecture • Define and track KPIs including incentive utilization, deployment fill rates, pay accuracy, time-to-payment, and ROI • Conduct discovery with clinicians, operations managers, and finance partners

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent combination of training and experience • 4–7 years of product management experience owning complex, cross-functional products from discovery through delivery • Background in incentive systems, compensation design, or variable pay mechanics • Experience with contractor (1099) and W2 workforce requirements • Understanding of full-time/part-time classification, hours compliance, legal exposure, and state-specific payment regulations • Ability to drive cross-functional alignment across competing priorities and approval requirements • Hands-on technical depth, including troubleshooting integration failures, reading data models, participating in architectural conversations, and writing precise specifications • Strong data orientation and ability to define success metrics and analyze incentive effectiveness • Excellent written and verbal communication • Preferred: experience in workforce platforms, gig economy, marketplace, or HR tech
