Description

• Lead strategic digital data analyses, generating actionable insights to support decision-making • Serve as a technical reference for analytics and digital measurement initiatives • Lead and support the migration from Google Analytics to Amplitude, ensuring data consistency, governance, and reliability • Structure, validate, and evolve metric, event, and performance indicator maps • Develop executive dashboards and advanced analyses to monitor business and product metrics • Partner with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into analytical solutions • Ensure the quality, integrity, and traceability of data used in analyses • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in measurement strategy and data utilization • Influence strategic decisions through analytical storytelling and a data-driven perspective

🎯 Exigences

• Solid experience working as a Senior Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or in a related role • Advanced proficiency in SQL and data analysis • Strong experience with Google Analytics, BigQuery, and Looker Studio • Familiarity with implementing, modeling, and using Amplitude is preferred • Experience with product metrics, digital behavior, funnels, user journeys, and event analysis • Experience building executive dashboards and analytical reports • Knowledge of data governance and strategic KPI definition • Experience working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders • Executive communication skills and the ability to influence • Technical confidence and autonomy in decision-making • Consultative mindset and strong business acumen • Analytical ability and critical thinking • Proactivity and a strong sense of ownership • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams • Ability to prioritize and manage strategic requests • Bachelor’s degree • Experience with analytics tool migration projects • Experience in large organizations or highly complex environments • Knowledge of Product Analytics • Experience with Data Visualization and data storytelling • Experience with agile methodologies and product-oriented teams
