Description

• End-to-end IT architecture: You advise our clients strategically on the design, scaling, and optimization of highly available Atlassian platforms (Cloud and Data Center). • Complex enterprise migrations: You take technical ownership of demanding data migration, consolidation, and upgrade projects within corporate environments. • Requirements engineering: You analyze and model highly complex business requirements and translate them into structured, tailored technical application designs. • System integration & scripting: You seamlessly connect systems and eliminate manual workflows through smart automations and custom API integrations. • Strategic C-level sparring: You navigate complex client organizations with confidence and act as a trusted technical contact for business units and executive management.

🎯 Exigences

• Several years of project experience: You have at least 5 years of solid experience in IT consulting or as a technical consultant/integrator of software solutions. • Deep Atlassian expertise: You have demonstrable, in-depth hands-on experience administering and deploying the Atlassian toolchain in complex enterprise environments or large-scale projects. • Infrastructure & cloud know-how: You thoroughly understand the interaction of operating systems, network configurations, databases, and modern cloud infrastructures and can work with them with ease. • Language proficiency: You communicate confidently and persuasively in German (C1/C2) and are fully fluent in English (B2+), enabling you to handle Atlassian documentation and vendor tickets effortlessly. • Certified foundation (nice-to-have): You hold Atlassian certifications (ACPs) or have experience in highly regulated industries such as automotive (OEM/suppliers).
