Description

• Own product decisions for the compensation range-setting stack, including the range tool, recommendation engine, and monitoring dashboard • Partner with Compensation on methodology and translate methodology into product logic • Define data pipelines and data products using historical ranges, offers, incumbent, and attrition data • Partner with People Analytics on the semantic layer and proposed compensation data mart • Own the range-setting product and analytics roadmap end to end • Carry launches to market through adoption, enablement, and change management • Improve Compensation Partner productivity across range review • Manage intake, prioritization, and requirements definition for the compensation stack • Own integrations with recruiter offer guidance, budget modeling, headcount planning, and Workday range loads

🎯 Exigences

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping products end to end, including at least one data- or workflow-heavy internal or B2B product • Demonstrated success turning a manual, judgment-heavy operational process into a product with rules, guardrails, recommendations, and measurable throughput gains • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, including problem sizing, evaluation metrics, precision-and-recall trade-offs, and statistical signal analysis • Experience shipping an AI- or model-assisted feature, including rule or prompt design, evaluation sets, and measurement against human decisions • Experience working across custom-built tools and third-party SaaS, including HRIS, ATS, survey and benchmarking, and BI systems • Experience integrating data across systems and negotiating dependencies with platform and analytics teams • Excellent partnership and communication skills • Direct Compensation or Total Rewards experience is nice to have • Familiarity with Workday, Greenhouse, Snowflake, and/or Sigma is nice to have • Experience with multi-brand, multi-region, and multi-currency environments and related data-privacy constraints is nice to have • Experience shipping on top of a semantic layer or enabling natural-language querying over a governed dataset is nice to have
