Description

• Own the identification, pursuit, and execution of revenue-driving opportunities across assigned key retail accounts • Develop and execute customer-specific growth strategies • Proactively identify gaps and drive corrective action • Transform data and insights into compelling selling stories • Track, optimize, and measure trade spend • Monitor competitive activity at the shelf and in-market • Capture and disseminate competitive intelligence and regional trends • Monitor key performance metrics • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, category management, or sales analytics • Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint • Proven track record of delivering distribution gains, new item wins, promotional lift, and sustainable share growth • Experience with retail data platforms such as Retail Link, Luminate, Nielsen, Circana/IRI, or similar tools strongly preferred • Familiarity with CRM, trade promotion management tools, and broker network management • Experience in protein, meat, or perishable categories is highly preferred • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
