• Responsibility for managing demanding customer relationships and supporting companies in strategically developing their processes • Independent management and further development of existing customers • Proactive acquisition of new customers through solution-oriented sales • Structured analysis and optimization of customer processes in collaboration with the team • Preparation and delivery of presentations, pitches, and contract negotiations • Preparation of proposals and support through decision-making processes • Management of the sales process, including pipeline and forecasting
• Several years of experience in sales, ideally with a consultative approach • Strong understanding of workflows, processes, and decision-making structures • Confident communication and proven closing skills • Structured, self-reliant way of working • Open to experienced career changers from demanding B2B environments
