Description

• Own forecasting and pipeline management processes to improve accuracy, predictability, and alignment with commercial objectives • Lead pipeline inspections and deal reviews, establishing qualification criteria, cadence, and escalation paths • Analyze revenue trends, conversion metrics, and forecasting indicators to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements • Design, optimize, and scale GTM processes spanning opportunity management, quoting, contracting, billing, and renewals • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and reporting standards for commercial leadership • Partner with Analytics, Data Governance, and cross-functional teams to improve data integrity and reporting accuracy • Translate business needs into requirements, workflows, and operational action plans across systems such as Salesforce, CPQ, Billing, and ERP platforms • Lead operational initiatives related to process automation, systems implementation, sales enablement, and governance • Serve as a trusted advisor to commercial leadership by delivering actionable insights, recommendations, and business cases • Support annual planning cycles, budgeting, strategic prioritization, and territory or quota design initiatives

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or related field • Experience in commercial operations, revenue operations, sales operations, business analysis, or related functions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in forecasting, KPI development, and commercial data analysis • Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools such as Salesforce, CPQ, Nue.io, Power BI, and Excel • Experience translating business requirements into process documentation, workflows, and operational plans • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders • Experience with lead-to-cash processes including opportunity management, quoting, contracting, and billing
