Description

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise web applications supporting multiple business modules • Develop new functionality and modernize existing applications • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects across integrated systems • Refactor and optimize code for scalability, performance, maintainability, and sustainability • Develop Java applications using Spring Framework and Spring Boot • Design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs • Build business logic, data access layers, batch processing capabilities, and reusable components • Develop responsive, accessible Angular user interfaces and maintain JSP-based applications • Support REST APIs, scheduled batch processes, secure file transfers, database integrations, reporting, and data exports • Implement and support enterprise authentication and authorization mechanisms • Support release planning, deployments, regression testing, production operations, and continuous improvement • Develop and support AWS-hosted applications and contribute to CI/CD pipelines • Participate in Agile ceremonies, peer code reviews, technical documentation, and stakeholder communication • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and cross-functional teams

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 5+ years of professional software development experience • Strong experience with Java, Spring Framework / Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Maven • Experience developing modern web applications using Angular; React experience is also acceptable • Familiarity with JSP preferred • Experience with Oracle and/or PostgreSQL databases, including SQL development, optimization, and troubleshooting • Experience with AWS services including EC2, ECS, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM • Experience with CI/CD tools including GitHub Actions, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Nexus • Experience supporting CMS, HealthCare.gov, or other federal healthcare programs • Experience with enterprise application integrations, authentication/authorization, and production operations • Experience in Agile software development environments • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills • US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required • Must reside in the Continental US • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance • Experience in federal government contracting preferred • Familiarity with healthcare technologies, HIPAA, or healthcare data integrations • Experience with automated testing, application modernization, and cloud-native architectures • Knowledge of secure software development and DevSecOps best practices
