Description

• You actively drive the frontend modernization with React/Vue and continue to develop the platform after the cutover • You own features end-to-end, from specification discussions with the Product Owner to production deployment, including UI implementation • You help build a modern frontend architecture — component design, state management, and testing • You shape the frontend build and deployment pipelines and make deployment processes more robust • You maintain high browser performance as feature set and user numbers grow • You actively influence code reviews, technical standards, and the frontend engineering culture

🎯 Exigences

• At least 3 years of production experience with React or Vue, ideally including a comprehensive frontend modernization or migration • Solid experience with modern frontend tooling (e.g., Vite, TypeScript) • Understanding of CI/CD and Docker • Rails experience is a plus • Experience with component-based UIs • State management and browser performance tuning under real-world load • Preferably enjoy working in a small team where decisions are made quickly and responsibilities are hands-on
