Description

• Own and accelerate ElevenLabs’ B2B field marketing footprint in EMEA • Set regional event field marketing roadmaps and campaign budget allocations with regional growth leads • Manage physical campaigns, events, dinners, and roundtables end to end • Travel frequently to represent ElevenLabs at events, popups, and local installations • Manage on-site logistics and ensure high-quality execution • Own convention and fair participation, including contract negotiation, budgeting, invoicing, booth design, vendor management, resource planning, and visual branding • Build event ecosystems with out-of-home advertising, speaking placements, exclusive dinners, and breakfasts • Collaborate with the growth team on retargeting and ABM • Analyze campaign effectiveness, pipeline generated, cost per attendee, and SQLs

🎯 Exigences

• Native-level English speaker • 5+ years of field marketing experience • At least 2–3 years owning field marketing events from start to finish with full accountability for results • Experience in a scale-up environment or history of high-engagement side projects • Experience setting roadmaps, managing and forecasting budgets, reporting, analytics, and data interpretation • Demonstrated success in event logistics, vendor management, contract negotiation, and cross-departmental project management • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt strategies and tactics to changing markets • Broad knowledge of event planning and campaign execution • Self-starter with a bias toward action and experimentation • Ability to understand the customer base and craft positioning for UKI and Nordic markets • Willingness to travel across EMEA for events • Proven experience managing local installations, pop-ups, or unique activation spaces • Experience with AI-native workflows is a bonus • Ability to operate in GMT+0 to GMT+4 time zones
