Description

• Own the content marketing calendar, aligning output with brand, demand generation, and sales enablement goals • Write, edit, and manage production of blog posts, articles, case studies, and web copy for scientific and technical audiences • Research, write, and publish white papers and technical reports showcasing scientific rigor and product capability • Develop thought leadership content in partnership with subject-matter experts, scientists, and leadership • Partner with product, science, and engineering teams to translate technical and scientific concepts into clear narratives • Manage freelance writers, designers, and agency partners as needed • Track and report on content, campaign, and channel performance and recommend improvements • Ensure content maintains scientific accuracy and technical credibility • Support integrated marketing plans and campaigns across email, website, social media, webinars, events, and content • Manage day-to-day marketing activities and changing business priorities • Work with Design to improve the company website, including webpage updates, basic SEO, site organization, conversion paths, and content accuracy • Help plan and execute webinars, conferences, and other events • Support company announcements, customer communications, product marketing, and cross-functional marketing needs • Monitor automated inbound lead triage through HubSpot and ensure inquiries are captured, categorized, and routed promptly • Research companies and contacts to validate lead information and assess basic fit • Build and maintain HubSpot forms, lists, campaigns, email programs, landing pages, workflows, lead-routing rules, and nurture programs • Maintain CRM data quality and create campaign performance dashboards and reports • Audit inbound workflows and work with Sales to improve qualification criteria, automation rules, handoff processes, and reporting • Document repeatable processes, templates, workflows, and standards

🎯 Exigences

• 2–5+ years of experience in marketing, with a track record of owning marketing functions • Hands-on experience with website design and content management; comfortable working in a CMS and thinking about site structure, UX, and on-page content • Demonstrated experience working on and publishing white papers and thought leadership content for a technical or scientific audience • A technical background in chemistry, life sciences, or a related scientific field is strongly preferred • Prior experience working in a technical or scientific company, such as lab automation, biotech, life sciences, or an R&D-driven organization • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex technical topics accessible without oversimplifying them • Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple content workstreams and deadlines simultaneously • Comfortable collaborating directly with scientists, engineers, and technical leadership to source and validate content • Prior experience with CRMs • Experience in cloud laboratory, lab automation, biotech, or pharma/life sciences marketing is nice to have • Familiarity with SEO best practices and marketing analytics tools is nice to have • Experience with graphic design or working closely with design teams on visual content is nice to have • Experience with HubSpot is nice to have
