Description

• Lead Emplifi's commercial organization in North America, including regional P&L and full-funnel revenue outcomes • Translate the global go-to-market strategy into regional execution, focusing on the Enterprise segment • Own regional forecasts and deliver bookings, ARR, profitability, GRR, and NRR targets • Drive new-logo acquisition, cross-sell, upsell, strategic account growth, and direct closure of high-profile enterprise deals • Build pipeline management, forecasting, CRM adoption, territory, quota, compensation, and reporting infrastructure • Assess, recruit, coach, develop, and retain high-performing sales talent • Partner with Customer Success on retention, expansion, renewals, pricing, and enterprise customer strategy • Implement global go-to-market processes and improve sales productivity using AI and data • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, Revenue Operations, Customer Experience, and global leadership • Provide market insight for product roadmaps and corporate planning • Foster accountability, customer obsession, collaboration, and continuous improvement

🎯 Exigences

• Track record of commercial growth in a SaaS environment, ideally in CX, Social, or Digital Marketing technology • Experience at VP level or above leading sales and customer success teams in a high-growth company • Ability to work cross-functionally with Customer Experience and post-sale functions • Proven ability to build and scale a sales organization through hiring, coaching, and performance management • Experience leading M&A and business integrations, including acquired product integration, sales-team consolidation, enablement, and change management • Strong enterprise sales skills and ability to personally run complex deals and teach others • Fluency with AI tools and AI-driven technology • Hands-on leadership style • Self-starter with strong problem-solving instincts and comfort with ambiguity • Ability to operate at pace in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
