Description

• Lead Ivy Rehab’s workforce strategy end-to-end in partnership with Operations Leaders and Talent Acquisition • Develop and maintain workforce planning models for a large outpatient therapy organization across 750+ locations, multiple states, service lines, and disciplines • Leverage technology to build efficient workforce planning processes and outputs • Generate actionable workforce insights and collaborate with Field Leadership to review and optimize workforce plans • Collect and analyze workforce data from multiple sources • Develop, scale, and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key workforce metrics • Conduct statistical analysis to identify workforce trends and patterns • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on workforce planning initiatives • Generate recommendations to improve workforce effectiveness • Lead meetings and presentations to share findings and support decision-making • Study department work, vacation, and utilization for ongoing historical trend analysis and forecasting recommendations • Report to the VP, Operations Finance

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field • Minimum of 7 years of experience in workforce planning, analytics, or a related field • Strong analytical and quantitative skills • Proficiency in leveraging technology to build processes • Advanced Excel skills • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment • Preferred experience in the physical therapy/healthcare industry and/or managing multi-site locations • Preferred experience with Workday HCM and Workday Adaptive Planning • Certification in workforce planning or related areas preferred
