Description

• Lead financial planning and analysis for U.S. operations. • Deliver strategic insights that influence executive decisions and long-term growth. • Ensure accurate forecasting, actionable reporting and continuous process improvement. • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. • Collaborate with business units to identify and optimize performance drivers. • Drive automation and enhancements in reporting tools and budgeting systems. • Coach and develop a team of two analysts.

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA/CPA preferred. • 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance with proven or progressive leadership experience. • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP and BI tools (SAP, Adaptive, Anaplan, Power BI). • Strong communication skills for presenting complex financial insights to senior leadership. • Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
