Description

• Build and maintain Excel-based financial models to support proposal pricing, forecasting, and budgeting. • Analyze cost structures, staffing assumptions, and pricing scenarios to support competitive and sustainable proposals. • Perform variance analysis, margin analysis, and financial scenario modeling to inform decision-making. • Partner with senior team members to translate project requirements into structured financial models. • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data across proposals and projects. • Assist in monitoring project financial performance, including tracking budgets, forecasts, and actuals. • Support project teams with basic financial reporting and analysis. • Identify trends or variances and escalate insights to senior finance partners. • Identify opportunities to improve financial modeling, reporting, and proposal workflows. • Support the development of proposal budgets, including cost estimates, pricing structures, and resource plans. • Coordinate proposal inputs across technical, operational, and financial teams.

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field • 2+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, pricing, consulting, or related fields • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling, scenario analysis) • Demonstrated ability to work with and interpret complex datasets • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
