• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to develop and execute targeted sales strategies that accelerate the adoption of ETAP solutions in collaboration with our strategic partners • Partner with regional teams across our global synergy partners to coordinate account planning, participate in joint customer engagements, and drive opportunity creation, qualification, and closure. • Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align synergy activities with overall business objectives for these regions. • Stay current with all product offerings and solutions to be seen as a subject matter expert. • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment on mutual goals, fostering collaboration, and driving joint marketing initiatives. • Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with partners, including technology providers, utilities, engineering firms, and other relevant stakeholders.
• A degree in electrical engineering, along with an MBA, is a plus. • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within the energy industry, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals • Experience in electrical power systems software solutions is highly advantageous. • Ability to deploy consultative selling techniques. • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills • Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities focused on the energy landscape. • Self-driven and results-oriented. • Comfortable working in a matrix organization and adapting to a fast-changing environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate at a senior level in a global environment.
