Description

• Own the product roadmap across all product areas, balancing short-term delivery with long-term vision and ties to revenue and retention goals • Lead, mentor, and grow the PM team while establishing product craft, execution standards, and a culture of ownership • Partner with the CTO and founders to align product strategy with business goals and market opportunities • Work with Engineering to define specifications, scope trade-offs, and ensure timely, high-quality releases • Drive cross-functional alignment across Design, Sales, and Customer Success to ship adopted products • Own customer interviews, competitive analysis, and market research that inform roadmap decisions • Define and track product KPIs, including adoption, retention, time to value, and feature impact on pipeline and revenue • Run sprint planning and release processes with consistency and accountability • Report to the CTO and maintain a direct line to the founders on product direction

🎯 Exigences

• 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS • At least 4 years leading a PM team • Proven track record of shipping products that drive measurable business outcomes, including pipeline, retention, and expansion • Deep experience with integrations, workflows, or enterprise platform products strongly preferred • Strategic thinker with an operator mindset • Ability to demonstrate product thinking through concrete examples, past decisions, and real trade-offs • Customer-evidence-driven product decision making • Technical fluency, including discussing trade-offs with engineers, reading API documentation, understanding webhooks, and writing clear, actionable requirements • Ability to define tracking events, interpret product analytics, and work with data tools to measure adoption and inform roadmap priorities • Experience with ClickUp, Jira, or similar sprint and task management tools • Exceptional written and spoken English • Portuguese fluency highly preferred
