Description
• Define and execute the product roadmap for distribution management • Develop features that provide real-time access to agent and agency data • Implement performance analytics tools to monitor producer effectiveness • Design and manage commission structures and incentive programs • Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems • Stay abreast of regulatory changes
🎯 Exigences
• 5+ years of product management experience • 3+ years of focus on insurance distribution. • Strong understanding of P&C insurance distribution models • Proven track record of delivering SaaS products • Excellent communication skills • Experience working in cross-functional teams • A BA/BS degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field is required. • Preferred: MBA or MS in Technology Management, Data & Analytics, or Insurance Management
