Le service mise sur la simplicité du scan des tickets de caisse, l'accumulation de points et des récompenses accessibles aux consommateurs.

Description

• Set the multi-year technical vision and strategy for Fetch’s Consumer Experience domain • Identify high-leverage opportunities and frame complex problems before they are obvious • Partner with Product, Design, Data, and executive stakeholders to shape roadmaps • Establish architectural patterns, standards, and technical approaches for personalization, experimentation, notifications, recommendations, and engagement infrastructure • Drive experimentation and product iteration at scale while balancing velocity, quality, and platform health • Design and guide systems influencing engagement, activation, conversion, retention, and monetization for millions of users • Influence technical direction across teams and organizations and resolve cross-org architectural questions • Mentor and grow staff- and principal-level engineers • Champion developer and product velocity through AI-assisted workflows, observability improvements, and scalable internal tooling • Model technical excellence through thoughtful architecture, pragmatic decisions, ownership, accountability, and measurable impact

🎯 Exigences

• 15+ years building and scaling consumer-facing products, with a track record of company-level technical impact • Experience setting multi-year technical direction for a consumer domain spanning multiple teams • Deep experience building product experiences that directly move engagement, discovery, activation, retention, conversion, or monetization • Experience across consumer growth areas such as search, recommendations, personalization, notifications, onboarding, feeds, messaging, experimentation, or lifecycle experiences • Proven ability to frame ambiguous problems and shape roadmap and technical strategy alongside Product, Data, and executive leadership • Demonstrated ability to influence technical and product decisions across multiple teams and orgs without direct authority • Experience building and evolving high-scale consumer web or mobile applications • Strong product and user experience instincts, including experimentation, usability, performance, and long-term product quality • Strong engineering fundamentals and ability to build reliable, scalable, maintainable systems • Strong programming skills and ability to operate effectively across the stack when needed • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent practical experience may be considered • Preferred: experience with experimentation systems and large-scale A/B testing • Preferred: experience owning lifecycle engagement systems • Preferred: experience with growth, retention, loyalty, marketplace, social, or monetization-focused consumer products • Preferred: experience supporting high-scale consumer mobile or web experiences • Preferred: familiarity with analytics, experimentation, and personalization systems • Preferred: experience improving product iteration and experimentation velocity through tooling, workflows, or internal capabilities • Preferred: ability to communicate product, technical, and user experience tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences
