Description

• Evangelize and sell the FICO Platform, a decision intelligence platform for enterprise customer lifecycle decisions • Manage a dedicated portfolio of existing and new enterprise accounts to drive initial adoption and expansion • Understand customer initiatives in Consumer Lending and Retail Banking across Marketing, Originations, Customer Management, Personalization, Collections, and Fraud • Share expertise and thought leadership in Decisioning, Analytics, and Optimization within Financial Services • Build relationships with senior client stakeholders in business and technology • Research and shape solution opportunities with Key Account Managers, Pre-Sales Domain Experts, and Pre-Sales Architects • Formulate and position solution proposals • Ensure clients are satisfied with purchased solutions and develop long-term, expanding, profitable relationships • Collaborate with Global Solution Architecture, Product Development, Finance, and Professional Services teams • Educate customers on the business value of the FICO Platform • Sell to major financial institutions and leaders in other sectors • Manage sales against quarterly and annual targets, with earnings upside when targets are exceeded

🎯 Exigences

• Proven senior-level experience building and managing strategic relationships with senior executives, particularly within large financial institutions • Track record of structuring and closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals, including SaaS-based solutions • Deep familiarity with banking, credit risk, fraud prevention, account management, or consumer lending • Experience applying machine learning, AI, decision management, and optimization technologies is highly desirable • Ability to craft and execute joint business plans aligned with client objectives and FICO’s strategic priorities • Familiarity with Architecture, Integration, Cloud, AI, Decisioning, Automation, Analytics and Optimization • Passion to learn and educate customers and colleagues through presentations and conversations • Strong soft skills and genuine interest in helping people succeed • Ability to maintain focus and effectiveness under pressure and adapt to change • Team-oriented mindset valuing collaboration • Willingness to travel up to 50% • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent commercial experience • 3 or more years of sales and/or senior pre-sales experience selling enterprise software solutions to the financial services/banking industry is highly desired
