Description

• Own and continuously improve the consolidated corporate model in Abacum, including three-statement P&L, cash, headcount planning, non-personnel spend, and SaaS metrics • Run the annual budget cycle and distribute monthly budget review decks using Abacum • Partner with GTM, R&D, and G&A leaders as a strategic counterpart, providing insights and reporting • Build board reporting packages • Own the SaaS metrics layer, including ARR bridge, gross and net revenue retention, cohort and expansion analysis, CAC payback, magic number, pipeline-to-revenue conversion, and sales capacity modeling • Lead procurement with the Tropic partner and manage usage and spend complexities of major vendor contracts • Manage the revenue commissions process from plan implementation through commission payment • Provide strategic analysis on operational questions such as pricing scenarios and segment profitability

🎯 Exigences

• 6–10 years of progressive finance experience, with depth in modeling and forecasting • At least one stint at a startup or high-growth company • Direct experience with SaaS metrics and recurring-revenue mechanics • Problem-solving with business partners • Detail-oriented, accountable for quality and deadlines • Passion for efficiency through process, systems, and AI • Clean, auditable modeling and software logic • Comfort with SQL, a BI tool (Sigma, Looker, Tableau), or Claude • Comfortable working fully remotely • Proficiency with macOS, Slack, Google Workspace, Salesforce, NetSuite, and FP&A tools • Strong written communication • Value-add Claude user • Strong preference for early-career investment banking, management consulting, transaction advisory, private equity, or corporate development experience • Exposure to a fundraise, audit, or diligence process highly preferred • Systems implementation experience is a bonus • Must be authorized to work from their home location; Fingerprint does not sponsor visas
