Description

• Project manage provider launches and ensure they progress on the fastest timeline • Create presentation decks and quarterly business reviews for each practice • Partner with providers to understand their practice-scaling goals • Lead provider communications through Google Meet, Slack, and email for proactive and reactive customer support • Become an expert on Finni and answer customer questions and concerns • Oversee CX operations, including training, help center and knowledge base content, self-service, tools and software, scheduling, and reporting • Work with cofounders to build better cross-functional processes and tooling • Set up SLAs and KPIs for the provider success function

🎯 Exigences

• 3–5+ years of experience leading an Applied Behavior Analysis practice and supporting providers across various states • Ability to analyze financial statements, identify key business drivers, and advise on profitability and growth strategies • Experience developing growth strategies, creating actionable roadmaps, and solving complex operational challenges • Track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets, including growth rates, retention goals, and NPS • Strong understanding of ABA healthcare operations, including clinical operations, compliance, revenue cycle management, payer landscapes, and clinical staffing models • Ability to project manage provider launches • Experience creating presentation decks and quarterly business reviews • Proficiency with Google Meet, Slack, and email • Must be authorized to work in the United States
