Description

• Own and develop the Flipper One Developer Portal • Turn internal team context into clear public documentation, notes, updates, and explanations • Join team calls to understand project developments and maintain a complete picture • Translate technical discussions into clear, human language without losing meaning or accuracy • Moderate community comments, pull requests, and contributions • Filter spam, reduce noise, and keep discussions productive • Help users understand how the portal works and how to provide useful feedback • Collect community signals and bring them back to the team • Keep the portal structured, up to date, and genuinely useful

🎯 Exigences

• Write clearly, concisely, and without fluff, with examples of guides, instructions, READMEs, how-tos, or similar materials • Basic understanding of hardware, software, and development workflows, including Git, commits, branches, and pull requests • Ability to explain complex technical topics in simple language and visualize them with flowchart sketches • Strong verbal communication skills, including listening, asking precise questions, and extracting key points from chaotic discussions • Ability to keep communication with the community productive • Comfortable collaborating closely with engineers and navigating technical contexts • Ability to distinguish useful feedback and constructive disagreement from noise and spam • Value structure, logic, clarity, and information quality • Genuine interest in developer-facing products, hardware, documentation, open communities, and build-in-public approaches • Proficiency in Russian and English • Nice-to-have: experience in DevRel, technical writing, community operations, or editorial roles • Nice-to-have: experience with documentation, wikis, knowledge bases, or developer portals • Nice-to-have: understanding of technical communities, open-source, and hardware projects • Nice-to-have: ability to work across interfaces, electronics, product architecture, and internal development
