Description

• Support the Wafer Probe System product • Install and commission probers and accessories, including final acceptance according to test and acceptance regulations • Independently perform preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites in the EMEA service area • Prepare commissioning protocols and acceptance reports • Provide technical training and instruction to customers • Troubleshoot and repair probers through remote/telephone support and at customer sites • Process and document work orders and service calls according to FormFactor guidelines • Collaborate with other FormFactor departments to continuously improve products • Participate regularly in qualification measures • Adhere to health and safety requirements internally and during customer service calls

🎯 Exigences

• Engineer or technician in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology or similar • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work • At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar field of activity is typically required, ideally in Silicon Photonics and/or semiconductor test • Detail-oriented work and strong problem-solving skills • Accuracy, punctuality, good team and interpersonal skills • Good communication skills in German and English both verbally and in writing • Good knowledge of common MS Office applications • Valid driving license and willingness to travel required
