Description

• Sign new customers that match Forto’s ideal customer profile to drive volume and gross profit. • Own your pipeline: prospect, qualify, and convert leads through outbound outreach and in-person selling. • Run effective discovery: deeply understand customer needs and how Forto can solve them. • Build long-term partnerships: manage and grow the customers you win, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. • Lead business reviews with key customers to align on performance, future needs, and expansion potential. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Product to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

🎯 Exigences

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or logistics operations — you’ve won new customers against clear quotas or managed operations for existing accounts. • Fluent in German and English and based in Germany; ideally located in Thuringia/North Bavaria or Brandenburg/Western Saxony. • Confident owning the full sales cycle: from outreach to close and into account expansion. • Strong commercial mindset and relationship-building skills. • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain roles is a major advantage.
