Description

• Own customer engagements from discovery through full-scope delivery • Define and document implementation requirements validated against customer data and workflows • Resolve blockers across support, engineering, and customer IT • Lead technical implementation of Atlas agents in customer tenants, including data mapping, connector configuration, and authentication setup across DNS, SSO, and Salesforce integrations • Support AI agent rollouts alongside an AI-native services team • Own deployment roadmap prioritization against customer and engineering requirements • Construct ROI models and value narratives for customer accounts • Run go/no-go reviews and make recommendations on new opportunities • Partner on services scoping and pricing • Lead renewal reviews, implementation, and outcome-based conversations • Design agentic renewal workflows and train the renewals team • Surface problems, own the path forward, and clarify ownership • Bring field insights, gaps, friction, failure modes, and recurring requests to product and engineering • Prioritize product fixes and contribute to roadmap decisions • Document configurations, failure modes, and ROI frameworks for future deployments • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Support, Services, and Renewals • Report to the CTO

🎯 Exigences

• 3-5 years of product management experience with technically complex, integration-heavy software • Exceptional relationship and communication skills with senior stakeholders • Experience with AI native services, distributed systems, databases, training ML models, RAG, and LLMs • Hands-on technical fluency in data modeling, APIs and connectors, authentication and DNS fundamentals • Comfort with SQL or spreadsheets to build and defend ROI models • Sound judgment under ambiguity • Ability to own outcomes across support, engineering, services, and customer organizations • Bias to action and willingness to make something work before it is fully productized • Nice-to-have: background in customer success, RevOps, data, or AI and ML products
