Description

• Perform process mapping and diagnostics, identifying improvement opportunities and recommended actions. • Lead end-to-end improvement projects, from problem framing to implementation and monitoring of results. • Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with area objectives, and develop dashboards with actionable metrics to support decision-making. • Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of data used in processes, metrics, and automations. • Implement automations and technological solutions, including the use of Artificial Intelligence, to increase efficiency and drive operational improvement. • Work effectively in ambiguous contexts, structuring problems, engaging stakeholders, and promoting the adoption of process and workflow management tools and practices.

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. • At least 3 years of experience in process mapping and implementing process improvements with measurable impact. • Experience in process automation, including use of triggers, flows, and system integrations. • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies. • Familiarity with process modeling tools. • Analytical, data-driven profile. • Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar). • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities. • Good communication skills and proactivity. • Experience working in technology companies or fast-paced environments. • Nice to have: Knowledge of scripting languages for automation (e.g., Google Apps Script, Python, VBA, or similar).
