Description

• Own and manage internal communication channels, including intranet, newsletters, digital signage, and other employee-facing platforms • Support Digital Technology leadership with executive communications, messaging, and employee-facing updates • Develop channel strategies to improve reach, engagement, and clarity across the workforce • Create communications for hourly and frontline employees with attention to accessibility and usability • Maintain content calendars, publishing workflows, governance, and editorial standards • Partner with internal communicators and business leaders to ensure channel content is timely, accurate, and aligned • Use analytics and feedback to evaluate channel performance and identify improvement opportunities • Support the evolution of GE Vernova’s internal communications infrastructure and tools, including Staffbase where applicable

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent experience • 3+ years of experience in internal communications, channel management, digital communications, or related field • Experience supporting executive communications and/or technology organizations preferred • Experience with Staffbase or similar internal communications platforms strongly preferred • Strong editorial judgment and content management skills • Ability to organize complex workflows and maintain consistency across multiple channels • Experience communicating to hourly, frontline, or distributed workforces strongly preferred • Detail-oriented and highly organized • Strong understanding of internal channels and how to use them effectively • Able to balance strategy and execution • Collaborative and responsive, with strong follow-through • Comfortable adapting content for different employee audiences and communication needs • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
