Description

• Execute steam turbine product service projects and initiatives • Solve equipment-related issues using technical knowledge and internal resources • Lead technical investigations and provide guidance to less experienced engineers • Coordinate with colleagues across functions to achieve business objectives • Present technical data to stakeholders • Take ownership of projects and occasionally lead initiatives with defined scope • Use project management tools and meet project deliverables • Author and review engineering analyses, customer presentations, and internal guidance documents • Participate in root cause analysis investigations and support corrective actions for equipment non-conformances • Identify process improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives • Contribute decisions and ideas benefiting the organization and customers • Build credibility and cultivate customer relationships when customer-facing • Develop fleet issue and product performance knowledge • Begin mentoring and training others • Participate in weekend duty phone

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering • Moderate experience with product service, field service, or related engineering experience • Demonstrated technical problem-solving abilities • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams • Steam Turbine Design or Servicing Experience (desired) • Experience with field service (desired) • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
