• Creation and evolution of chatbots • Design of conversational flows • Conversational UX • Integrations with external systems • Support, improvements and continuous evolution of automations

🎯 Exigences

• Development of chatbots and conversational flows on the BLiP platform, with a focus on user experience, clarity in communication, operational efficiency and scalability. • Creation, maintenance and evolution of structured flows, applying conversational UX best practices, context control, variables, conditions and exception handling. • Integration of BLiP bots with external systems (ERP, CRM, internal systems and third-party tools) via REST APIs, web services and middlewares, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange. • Technical support for the evolution of existing bots, including flow analysis, review of conversational logic, performance optimizations and improvements to the automation architecture. • Support of production environments, analyzing failures, logs, unexpected bot behaviors and applying fine adjustments to improve end-user experience and service metrics.
