Description

• Serve as the strategic point of contact for our clients (hotels and guesthouses), ensuring they get the most value from the contracted services. • Conduct regular meetings to understand needs, align expectations, and suggest improvements. • Collaborate in defining marketing strategies that deliver real results. • Identify cancellation risks and act proactively to keep our clients engaged. • Monitor NPS and propose actions based on received feedback.

🎯 Exigences

• Experience in B2B customer service, preferably in hospitality or digital marketing. • Familiarity with performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPL, CAC) and paid traffic campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads). • Analytical, communicative, and proactive profile with a focus on results and retention. • Ability to present data clearly and in a consultative manner. • Organized and able to conduct meetings with an agenda and follow-up on action items. • Preferred: knowledge of Google Analytics and ClickUp.
