Description

• Own integrated execution of major Gopuff campaigns across brand, product, growth, and the cultural calendar • Turn strategy into actionable campaign plans across creative, media, social, CRM, performance, partnerships, and in-app channels • Build briefs defining the problem and success criteria • Align teams from kickoff through launch • Identify credible cultural opportunities for Gopuff • Lead talent and brand partnership campaigns from concept through launch and measurement • Develop creative partnership ideas connecting Gopuff to culture • Translate partnerships into broader marketing platforms across the Gopuff ecosystem • Lead day-to-day relationships with talent teams, agencies, brands, and external partners • Turn strategic business priorities into integrated marketing plans • Identify marketing opportunities that drive growth • Partner across Brand, Performance, CRM, Product, Merchandising, and other teams • Analyze performance and apply learnings to future work • Own campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, approvals, and cross-functional coordination • Identify and solve roadblocks proactively • Drive legal, regulatory, and partner approvals • Maintain a high creative bar across consumer touchpoints • Take responsibility for campaign outcomes

🎯 Exigences

• 7+ years in brand marketing, integrated marketing, media/publishing, agency strategy/creative work, or all of the above • Track record of taking ambiguous challenges and turning them into shipped experiences, not decks • Strong startup instincts • High bar for creative and craft, with the taste to know good from good enough • Business acumen to defend decisions with numbers • Experience managing partners, budgets, and multiple live projects simultaneously • Direct, efficient communication • Motivated to win
