Description

• Translate operations strategy into a prioritized portfolio of data, analytics, and AI problems • Identify structural opportunities and distinguish them from quick-win noise • Turn data into narratives that change specific operational decisions • Serve as the insight point of contact for operations leadership • Drive insights into real workflows and decision moments • Own adoption of insights in operations • Qualify work for the central data team’s build queue • Write specifications covering definitions, shared data dependencies, rules, and completion criteria • Evaluate whether delivered data products meet requirements • Shape and qualify AI applications for operations data • Represent operations in the use and governance of AI capabilities • Partner with the central data and engineering team on co-owned use cases • Measure success through operational outcomes, changed decisions, realized value, adoption, and partnership health

🎯 Exigences

• 8+ years in a data product owner, analytics, or data-SME role • Track record of data work that changed a business outcome • Fluency with operational data and reporting • Ability to interpret data and models critically without needing to build them • Experience partnering with a central data organization • Ability to turn analysis into decisions and influence senior stakeholders • Applied AI fluency, including AI and agentic capabilities • Working knowledge of the modern data stack, including Snowflake and related tooling • Intellectual curiosity and ability to investigate data discrepancies • Empathy, adaptability, and ability to give and receive feedback • Preferred: Insurance, financial services, or other regulated-industry background • Preferred: Contact center or operations domain experience, including Amazon Connect and Snowflake-based analytics • Preferred: Hands-on experience defining dashboards or data products used by teams
