• Own B2B customer relationships in complex healthcare delivery networks • Serve as primary liaison with large customers and engage clinical & non-clinical stakeholders • Meet and exceed sales performance objectives by developing territory business plans • Provide scientific and clinical information within the disease state area • Deliver comprehensive clinical brand presentations to healthcare professionals • Collaborate with sales organization to share best practices and develop territory plans • Manage territory budget and administrative tasks
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field • Valid driver’s license • Minimum 5 years of biotech/pharmaceutical experience required for Account Manager 6 or minimum 3 years for Account Manager 7 • Proven success in product launch sales preferred • Hepatology experience preferred • Documented track record of achieving sales targets and goals • Expertise in account selling and managing complex sales processes • Deep knowledge of the Health Systems business model and key stakeholder roles • Experience calling on C/D level within large healthcare delivery networks • Experience with lateral leadership in a highly matrixed organization • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Analyze data and trends to create actionable business plans • Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Vietnamese, or Tagalog preferred
