• Drive clinical study execution and operational excellence across GT Medical Technologies • Identify and collaborate with existing and potential clinical study sites and physicians to initiate or expand GammaTile study programs • Support rapid study program startup and enrollment in sponsor-supported clinical studies, especially the BRIDGES trial • Build and maintain relationships with neurosurgeons, radiation oncologists, physicists, medical/neuro oncologists, and administrative staff • Coordinate efforts across Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Marketing teams • Identify, evaluate, prioritize, and profile high-performing clinical study sites • Develop recruitment strategies, enrollment forecasts, study placement decisions, and patient throughput models • Maintain communication with principal investigators, research coordinators, and regulatory personnel • Lead site stakeholder training and retraining to support protocol adherence • Develop and help execute clinical and commercial growth strategies through new institution onboarding and expanded use by active institutions • Provide clinical insights and subject matter expertise to account performance and sales meetings • Serve as a strategic liaison across internal teams and existing clinical study partners • Partner with Clinical Operations on feasibility, site selection, and activation timelines • Lead and support study site activation, including SIV preparation and execution • Train facility staff on protocol requirements and technology • Comply with company policies and procedures and protect PHI/ePHI access • Perform other duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Biologic or Chemical Sciences, Medical Business, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in the Life Sciences industry • Specific knowledge of clinical study operations • Strong clinical knowledge and ability to engage in meaningful clinical dialogue with site representatives and clinicians • Excellent oral and written communication skills and audience awareness • Strong and diverse stakeholder management skills • Ability to think strategically while executing operationally • Independent problem-solving and decision-making skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Willingness to work a flexible schedule • Ability to travel regularly for work • Ability to satisfactorily pass comprehensive background screening • Ability to satisfactorily pass drug screening, if applicable • Frequent overnight travel required • Ability to occasionally pick up, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs.
